Family Fun
Matt, Laura, Claire, and Allie came to surprise aunt Lyssie for her sweet sixteen birthday! It was so fun to get to play with all the kiddos:)
We also got to bond with cousin Allie. She is such a sweet little girl!
William and Claire are...
seriously CUTE ;)
Here they are making some Art!
Claire is a natural artist.
We got to have lunch with the special guests, and I am so happy I got to hang out with little Allie some more! She is the cutest little sleeping beauty ;)

Puzzles
Puzzles are Williams’s new favorite thing. We got him this super sized 24 piece floor puzzle. The first time, I helped him figure out three or four pieces, and he did the rest. Now he can pretty much do the whole thing on his own. Next, we want to get him a 30 piece puzzle; he enjoys exercising that brain of his!
Be Yourself!
William and I talk about the importance of being the best possible self, and celebrating who we are.
Sound Asleep
This is William sound asleep. He really likes all his little stuffed animal friends. He always sleeps with his lion, monkey, and Nora dog (stuffed black dog that looks like Nora). The bunny, which actually is a "boo boo Bunny," came into bed this week, because he had a very high temperature on and off for two days and the bunny has a cool pack inside that helped him cool down. Oh, and of course, we cannot forget his blanket! He is attached to this blanket like no other, he loves it so much and I don't want to take something he loves away.
He has been getting sick on us a lot lately, mostly due to the dramatic weather changes we have been experiencing. But he seems to be doing better now. I hope it stays that way for a while, fingers crossed. We are trying to encourage him to be more interested in the potty, but he is still not totally sure about it. We asked him if we should start trying and he said next week, which I found to be an interesting reply. He is a smart little boy, and when he is ready, he will do it no problem.

Nursery Rhymes
William loves nursery rhymes. He knows the names and most of the words of a few. Here he is reading "The Flying Pig." One of his all time favorites is "Sing a Song Of Sixpence," mainly because his Pamma always sings it to him and it reminds him of her. He is also wearing the Phish shirt Uncle Greg gave him. Thanks Uncle Greg!
Sleepovers Are Fun
William had his friends Jameson and Isabel stay over last Saturday night. They had all kinds of fun being silly together. William is very good at sharing his toys with his friends.
They made fruit and veggie "smoothies".
William takes his imagination very seriously.
William decided to make toast with a side of car...silly;)
Breakfast of champs.
The kids love Nora dog.
Isabel was William's Valentine.
After little Isabel went to sleep it was time for the boys to play. They chased each other back and forth for a while. It was cute and entertaining.
Taking a break from all that running to play with Spider Man.
Finally it was time to start winding down and wash up for the night.
Tired after a long and fun night of playing.

Dominoes
Big smiles at Mountain Sun restaurant here in Boulder, CO
We like this restaurant because it is kid friendly and they have lots of games for the little ones to play with. His favorite thing to play with are the dominoes. He always walks over to the game shelf with mommy or daddy and gets them first. Love how his pointer is all ready to go!
We have fun building them and he has even more fun knocking them down ;)

Boulder Library
The weather took a drastic turn this week, with temperatures reaching as low as
-20 degrees, and we had no interest in going out under those conditions. Thankfully, today it got up to 30 degrees and we decided it was time to go out before we started to get stir crazy. We went to the Boulder library this morning for story hour. William was not very interested in the actual stories and had fun running and exploring the library instead. After the library, we went to a coffee shop on Pearl St. and had bagels and warm beverages.
Checking out the fish tank.
Cool Dragon!
