Maroon Bells, Colorado

On Daddy's birthday, we spent a few hours hiking around the Maroon Bells, a series of gorgeous 14,000 foot peaks just outside of Aspen. We were all blown away by the breathtaking beauty of this area. It was the first time we had ever seen it.

On our way back to Boulder after the Maroon Bells hike, we drove over the Continental Divide via Independence Pass. It was a magnificent drive home! Colorado never ceases to amaze with its astounding beauty.
