This year we got to experience our first Night of Delight at the Haleakala Waldorf school. It was whimsical and fun for all. I volunteered to be an Angel guide this year. There were 5 stations and 5 groups of people. My job was to make sure everyone in my group stayed together, which sounds easy enough but you do get some wanderers. In the past they have opened this to the public but it was getting too big and now it's invite only.
William and Arrabella both got to wear their Halloween costumes from last year. I think the pirate is William's favorite costume ever. Baby Bella fit much better into her owl costume this year!
Each station had a different theme. Some of the themes were "Hawaiian," "Hey, Diddle, Diddle," and "Rumpelstiltskin."
Here is a photo of the "Rumpelstiltskin" station. Mr. Weis was the Rumpelstiltskin of this show, all the first graders thought it was so fun to see their teacher! This was actually really funny and our favorite station next to "Hey Diddle, Diddle."
